I noticed that I get the following error on folders after having the design task upgrade the databases from Beta2 to Beta3 "Wrong number of arguments for: GETPROPERTYBROKER" and then after I hit OK four times, it goes through. Since the "Upgrade Folders" still isn't in this template, I did a mail convert -u and it fixed the issue.
